Here with some special and different taste of thepla recipe is Palak Thepla. In this recipe we use of Palak leaves in place of fenugreek leaves. Try this healthy Palak Thepla with tea or pickles I am dame sure you will try Palak Thepla Recipe again and again.


Ingredients for Palak Thepla

Spinach (Palak): 1 Cup

Onions: 1

Wheat flour: 2 Cup

Ginger-chilli paste: 1 Teaspoon

Coriander leaves: 4 Tablespoon

Oil

Salt as per taste

Method for How to Make Palak Thepla

Step 1: Boil chopped Spinach and make paste.

Step 2: Take little oil in pan, fry chopped oinios in pan.

Step 3: Add spinach paste, onions, ginger-chilli paste, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, 
and 1 table spoon oil and wheat flour.

Step 4: Knead the dough from mixture.

Step 5: Divide the dough into small portions.

Step 6: Make thin rotis from portions.

Step 7: Roast rotis and serve with tea or pickles.
