Before you have recipe of Cucumber Raita this time try something different spicy raita with onion and tomatoes and fresh curd. Onion Tomato raita make great combination with vegetable biryani or pulav.



Ingredients for Onion Tomato Raita Recipe

Fresh Curd: 1 Cup

Onion (chopped): 1

Tomato (chopped): 1

Green chilies (chopped): 2

Coriander leaves: 2 Tablespoon

Cumin seeds (roasted): ¼ Teaspoon

Salt as per Taste

Method How to Cook Onion Tomato Raita 

Step 1: Whisk curds with a wire whisk until smooth.

Step 2: Add salt and cumin powder to it and mix well.

Step 3: Add the chopped ingredients to the beaten curd and chill it until it is served.

Step 4: Serve it with Rice varieties,Pulaos and Biriyanis.
