Ingredients for Vegetable Cutlet Recipe

Potatoes:  4 Medium Sizes

Mixed Vegetables: 1 Cup

Water: 1/2 Cup

Onion: 2 Table Spoon Chopped

Bread Crumbs: 3 Table Spoon Paste

Oil: 2 Table Spoon

Salt as per Taste

Coriander Powder:  1/8 Table Spoon

Cinnamon Powder: 1/4 Table Spoon

Oil:  For Deep Frying

Cloves Powder: 1/4 Table Spoon

Garlic Powder: 1/4 Table Spoon

Chili Powder: 1/4 Table Spoon

Method for How to Cook Vegetable Cutlet Recipe

Step: 1 Boil potatoes in water until they become soft.

Step: 2 Then after peel off the skin and mash them into a fine paste.

Step: 3 Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and saute onion in it. When onion turns into golden colour, add spice powders.

Step: 4 A minute after, add the mixed vegetables.

Step: 5 Stir and pour a 1/2 cup of water. When vegetables are cooked most of the water would have been evaporated.

Step: 6 Remove vegetables from heat and mix them with mashed potatoes and salt. 

Step: 7 Make them into small balls, about the size of a lime. Coat each ball with bread crumbs. 

Diwali Special Crunchy Snacks Mathiya Recipe

Diwali special snacks Mathiya is one type of papad with little sweet, crunchy and spicy in taste serve mostly in festival of Diwali with sweets.  Muth flour is used in mathiya with urad dal and Pea flour. 


Ingredients for Mathiya

Muth flour: 400 Grams

Urad dal: 100 Grams

Pea Flour: 50 Grams

White chilli powder: 2 Tablespoon

Ajwain: 1 ½ Tablespoon

Sesame seeds: 1 ½ Teaspoon

Suagr: 5 ½ Teaspoon

Ghee: 1 ½ Tablespoon

Asafoetida: a Pinch

Oil for fry

Salt as per Taste

Method for How to Cook Mathiya

Step 1: Boil one cup of water, add salt and sugar.

Step 2: Add 1 Tablespoon of ghee after melting properly and remove from gas.

Step 3: Mix flour, add sesame seeds, ajwain, white chilli powder, asafetida.

Step 4: Make tight using boiled mixture.

Step 5: Knead the tight util it be soft.

Step 6: Make small portions from dough.

Step 7: Sprinkle little muth flours and ghee on small portions.

Step 8: Put one portion in small plastic paper and roll thin roti.

Step 9: Follow same for all portions.

Step 10: Fry roti in oil and serve it.

Gujarati Snacks Chakali Recipe Easy to Cook at Home

Wheat Flour: 250 Grams

Ginger-chili pastel 3 Teaspoon

Sesame seeds: 2 Teaspoon

Curds: ¼ Cup

Oil for fry

Method for How to Cook Chakali 

Step 1: Tie the wheat flour in Muslin cloth.

Step 2: Steam the cloth with flour in pressure cooker.

Step 3: Remove from the cloth and break lumps which are formed.

Step 4: Add Ginger-chilli paste, sesame seeds, curd and salt.

Step 5: Take machine and put chakari jail in machine.

Step 6: Fill dough in machine.

Step 7: Make round chakari.

Step 8: Fry it on hot oil and serve

Step 1: Take flat bowl and minx maida, add sugar, milk, coconut, butter, cardamom, powder, and   salt and make dough.

Maida: 4 Cups

Peas: 4 Cups

Oil: 1 small Bowl

Cocumut(grated): 8 Tablespoon

Ghee: 4 Tablespoon

Ginger-chilli Paste: 3 Tablespoon

Sesame Seeds: 2 Tablespoon

Sugar: 1 Tablespoon

Coriender leaves(chopped): 4 Teaspoon

Lemon Juice: 2 Teaspoon

Asafoetida : 1½ Teaspoon

Cumin seeds: 1 Teaspoon

Salt as per taste

Method How to Make Spicy Gughra Recipe 

Step 1: Take a miada, add salt, asafoetida , ghee, little water and made dough of mixture.

Step 2: Now make small balls from dough.

Step 3: For stuffing, grind peas.

Step 4: Take a pan, add oil , add asafetida & cumin seeds in it.

Step 5: After crackle seeds , add grinned peas and few drops of water and mix them well and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6: After 5 minutes , take out pan from gas  add sugar, sesame seeds, lemon juice, salt, 
ginger-chilli paste, coriander and grated coconut and mix them well.

Step 7: Now make small round roti from balls of dough, stuffed the prepared mixture in it and seal the edges using a drop of water with proper shaped.

Step 8: Heat oil for fry and fry all stuffed balls until it become light brown.

Step 9: Serve hot with chutney.
