Ingredients of Sev Khamani Recipe

Chana dal: 600 Gram

Oil: 300 Gram

Fine sev: 300 Grams

Fresh coconut (granted): 1 ½ Cup

Coriander leaves(granted): 5 Table spoon

Garlic paste: 1 ½ Table spoon

Sugar: 1 ½ Table spoon

Chili paste: 2 ½ Tea spoons

Mustard seeds: ½ Tea spoon

Sesame seeds: ½ Tea spoon

Pomegranate: 1 ½

Lime: 1 ½

Salt as per taste

Method for How to Make Sev Khamani Recipe

Step 1: Soak chana dal in water for 6 hours and cook it in pressure cooker.

Step 2: Take oil in pan, add mustard seeds, after crackling, add garlic, dal, salt, green Chili paste and sugar.

Step 3: Add water and lime juice and roast it well.

Step 4: Now sprinkle sev, granted coconut, pomegranate and coriander leaves, and serve it.

Ingredients for Handva Recipe

Rice: 350 Grams

Corn Cobs: 350 Grams

Curds: 130 Grams

Chana Dal: 900 Grams

Tur dal: 900 Grams

Sugar: 3 Tablespoon

Ginger-chilli Paste: 1 Tablespoon

Red chilli powder: 1 Teaspoon

Mustard seeds: 1 Teaspoon

Sesame seeds: 1 Teaspoon

Cinnamon & Clove Powder: 1 Teaspoon

Turmeric Powder: ½ Teaspoon

Oil

Asafoedia: a Pinch

Soda: a Pinch

Salt as per Taste

Method for How to Cook Handva 

Step 1: Wash rice, Chana dal, tur dal and dry then and after grind coarsely.

Step 2: Add curd in grinded mixture and put aside for 6 hours.

Step 3: Boil Corn seeds and crush them well and add to batter.

Step 4: Add ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar and mix well.

Step 5: Add ¼ cup oil, soda and mix it well.

Step 6: Take a pan, add 2 Tablespoon of oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetia, sesame seeds, clove, and cinnamon.

Step 7: Add batter to pan, cover pan and cook for 30 minutes.

Dhokla Recipe | Gujarati Delicious Farsan Instant Dhokla Recipe

Ingredients of Dhokla Recipe

Rice (Jeeraser): 1 1/5 Cup

Urad Dal: ½ Cup

Butter Milk: 2 Cup

Pepper: 1 Tablespoon

Baking Soda: 1 1/5 Teaspoon

Water as per requirement

Salt as per Taste

Method of How to make Dhokla Recipe

Step 1: Soak Rice and Urad dal for 4 to 5 hours.

Step 2: Grind the mixture with required water and Butter Milk make thick batter.

Step 3: Keep this mixture in sun light for fermentation in 5 to 6 hours.

Step 4: At the time of making add Salt & Baking soda and mix it well.

Step 5: Heat water in steamer, oil the plate, and equally spread the batter of 2 cup in it.

Step 6: Sprinkle black pepper powder over the plate.

Step 7: Put the plate in steamer, cover it cook for 15 minutes.

Step 8: After 15 minutes, check the batter by cutting it using knife.

Step 9: Remove plate from steamer and cut into diamond pieces.

Fafda Chutney Recipe | Gujarati Delicious Farsan Fafda Chutney Recipe

Gujarati Fafda Chutney is most famous Farsan, in Gujarati Farsan means snakes, Fafda Chutney is sweet and salty combination with crunchy taste mostly served at Tea time in morning. Water: 2 Cup

Gram flour (besan): 1/4 Cup

Curd: ¼ Cup

Green chilies (chopped): 2

Ginger (chopped): 2

Coriander Leaves (chopped): 2 Tablespoon

Mint Leaves (chopped): 2 Tablespoon

Sugar: 1 Tablespoon

Oil: 1 Tablespoon

Black Salt: ¼ Teaspoon

Mustard Seeds: ½ Teaspoon

Asafoetida: a pinch

Salt as per Taste

Ingredients for Fafda

Gram flour (besan): 1 Cup

Water: 1 Cup

Oil: 1 Tablespoon

Baking Soda: ¼ Teaspoon

Ajwain: ¼ Teaspoon

Pepper (granted): ¼ Teaspoon

Asafoetida: a pinch

Salt as per Taste

Method How To Make Chuteny:

Step 1: Grind Ginger, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, and Mint Leaves and put them aside.

Step 2: Take Gram flour, Curd, Water in bowl blend smoothly without any lumps.

Step 3: Now heat oil in pan, add Mustard Seeds, after crackling of Mustard Seeds add 
Asafoetida.

Step 4: Add mixture of bowl in it, add Black Salt, Sugar and salt.

Step 5: Keep stirring and cook until mixture will not stick at bottom of the pan.

Step 6: Add Grinding paste, mix well and off the gas after a minute.

Method How To Make Fafda:

Step 1: Take Gram flour, Baking Soda, Ajwain, Pepper, Asafoetida, and Salt in one bowl.

Step 2: Now Add water in the bowl and make soft dough of it.

Step 3: Now add oil in it to make it little sticky, knead it well for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 4: Divide dough into equal size balls.

Step 5: Roll each ball in rolling pan and make long thin strips without any braking.

Step 6: Take a pan, fry all strips in pan until they get light brown on both the side.

Step 7: Now serve hot fafda with delicious chutney. 

Cutlet Recipe , Vegetable Cutlet Instant Made Recipe Cook at Home

Potatoes: 250 grams

Peas: 100 grams

French beans: 50 grams

Carrots: 50 grams

Chawli: 50 grams

Arrow-root flour: 2 table spoons

Ginger-chilli paste: 1 tea spoon

Sesame seeds: 1 tea spoon

Sugar: 1 tea spoon

Mustard seeds: ½ tea spoon 

Coriander leaves: ¼ cup

Lime: ½

Toast (powdered)

Oil

Method for How to Make Cutlet Recipe

Step-1: Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Boil them and grate them.

Step-2: Take a little oil in pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, ginger-chilli paste and coriander leaves. Fry a little.

Step-3: Add lime juice and sugar. Add arrow-root flour and stir constantly to prevent lump formation.

Step-4: After it roasted, add toast powder and grated vegetables. Add all masala , add mix them well.

Step-5: Make cutlets using moulds, before that add sugar.

Step-6: Roll the cutlets to powdered bread crumbs. Fry on a high flame.

Additional Tips

Instead of bread crumbs powdered rice flakes can also be used. If the cutlets crack then a very thin batter of maida can be made. Dip the cutlets in the batter and fry.

Cutlet roll- the stuffing cab be shaped into rolls and cutlet rolls can be made.

Samosa Recipe | How to Make Samosa Just Homemade Recipe

Samosa is all Indian most famous snacks, mostly in north Indian. Samosa is fried triangle shaped, stuffed with potatoes and green beans. Samosa’s real test comes when you eat it with emali chatuney. Samosa is easily can say just homemade recipe.


Ingredients for Samosa Recipe

Potatoes: 200 grams

Maida: 100 grams 

Green peas: 50 grams

Ginger-chili paste: 1 table spoon

Coriander leaves (chopped): 1 table spoon

Sugar: 2 tea spoons

Rawa: 1 ½ table spoons

Wheat flour: 1 ½ table spoon

Red chili powder: 1 tea spoon

Mint leaves (chopped): 1 tea spoon

Citric acid: 1 tea spoon

Cumin seeds: ½ tea spoon

Turmeric powder: ½ tea spoon

Garam masala: ½ tea spoon

Sesame seeds: ½ tea spoon

Tea masala: ½ tea spoon

Anardana (pomo-granate seeds): ½ tea spoon

Oil for fry

A pinch Asafetida

Salt as per taste

Method How to Make Samosa

Step-1: Take potatoes and bean. Boil them and grated well.

Step-2: Take a pan, add oil, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and asafetida.

Step-3: After some time add green chillies, garam masala, sesame seeds, coriander leaves and mint leaves, lime juice, tea masala and anardama and fry them well.

Step-4: Add mixture of potatoes and beans, add little salt, fry them for some time make a mixture.

Step-5: Now, Take maida, rawa, ghee, salt and wheat flour and make a dough.

Step-6: Now make a round puri from dough, divide them into two.

Step-7: Make a samosa shape by putting two parts of puri as above and bottom layer and then stuffed the mixture.


Step-8: Then fry in deep oil and serve it with garlic or sweet chutney.

Additional Tips

Instead of boiling the potatoes, they can be cut into small pieces and then fried. This can be used for making the stuffing.
