If you are bored with plain rice then try this vagharela bhat means fry rice recipe. Vagharela Bhat can cook easily at home. It’s simple and instant made recipe. 


Ingredients for Vagharela Bhat

Rice: 4 Cup

Turmeric powder: ¼ Teaspoon

Chili Powder: ½ Teaspoon

Oil: 1 ½ Teaspoon

Mustard seeds: 1 Teaspoon

Asafoetida: a pinch

Salt as per Taste

Method for How to Make Vagharela Bhat

Step 1: Combine the rice, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt in a plate and mix well. Keep aside.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds.

Step 3: When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.

Step 4: Add the rice mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring once in between.

Step 5: Serve hot with fresh curds or raita.
