Fresh pineapple is always the choice of people and Pineapple raita is great combination of side dish with meal. Simple and minute made Pineapple Raita is definitely put its taste in your mouth forever.  


Ingredients for Pineapple Raita Recipe

Pineapple (chopped): 4 slices

Fresh Curd: 250 ml

Red Chili Powder/cayenne pepper: 1

Cumin Seeds: 2 Teaspoon

Sugar: 3 Teaspoon

Pomegranate: ¾ Cup

Coriander Leaves: a few

Black Salt

Method for How to Make Pineapple Raita

Step 1: Whip the curd till it smooth.

Step 2: Add chilli powder, sugar and salt and mix it well.

Step 3: Add chopped pineapple and pomegranate seeds.

Step 4: Garnish with pomegranate and serve.
