Ingredients for Cucumber Raita Recipe

Yogurt: 2 Cup

Cucumber (granted): 2 Small

Cumin seeds (roasted): 1 Teaspoon

Cilantro: few springs

Salt as per Taste

Chill powder

Ground pepper

Method for How to Make Cucumber Raita

Step 1: Take yogurt in bowl and make it smooth.

Step 2: Add Cucumber in yogurt.

Step 3: Add chopped cucumber with cilantro.

Step 4: Add salt as per your taste.

Step 5: Give it a good mix.

Step 6: Decorate with Chili powder and Ground Pepper and serve.
