Bhindi Sabji is delicious and all Gujarati’s favourite household sabji. Bhindi Sabji mostly summer special recipe, Gujarati people generally have it with lunch. Try this bhinda sabji with fulka roti and chutney.

Ingredients for Bhindi Sabji Recipe

Bindhi (lady finger): 200 Grams

Chana flour: 100 Grams

Red chili powder: 2 Teaspoon

Turmeric Powder: 1 Teaspoon

Dhana jeera powder: 3 Teaspoon

Garam Masala: 1 Teaspoon

Sugar: 3 Teaspoon

Lemon: 1


Cumin seeds: 1 Teaspoon

Coriander Leaves: 2 Tablespoon

Salt as per Taste

Method How to Cook Bhindi Sabji Recipe

Step 1: Wash binda and put cut on vertically.

Step 2: Mix chana flour, all masala .

Step 3: Add stuff masala in cut binda.

Step 4: Take oil in kadhai, add cumin seeds.

Step 5: After crackling, add stuffed bhinda.

Step 6: Add additional masala, and cook for 20 minutes,

Step 7: Decorate with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
