Ingredients for Gota Recipe
Chana flour (coarse): 2 cups
Curd: 1 cup
Wheat flour (coarse): ½ cup
Methi bhaji(Fenugreek leaves )(chopped): 2 bunches
Pepper corns (coarsely pounded): 10
Coriander leaves (chopped): 2 table spoons
Sugar: 4 table spoons
Soda: 4 table spoons
Ginger-chilli paste: 1 tea spoon
Sesame seeds: 1 tea spoon
Coriander seeds (coarsely pounded): 1 tea spoon
Garam masala: 1 tea spoon
Oil for Frying
Salt as per taste
Method How to Make Gota Recipe
Mix chana flour, wheat flour, pepper.
Add little curd, coriander seeds and all masalas.
Wash Fenugreek leaves and add them to mixture.
Add sugar, little heat oil, water, soda.Mix them well and make a thick batter.
Take a pan heat oil, fry the gotas.
Serve with fry green chilies.
Add little heat oil, water, soda before the time of fry.
You can add crushed onion for make it extra testy.
