Spicy bundi: 100 grams
Curds: 200 ml
Coriander leaves (chopped): 2 table spoons
Red Chili Powder: 1 table spoons
Chata Masala Powder: ½ tea spoons
Khajur chutney: a little
Salt to taste
Method How make Bundi Raita :
Step-1: Beat the curds well.
Step-2: Add salt to it.
Step-3: Pour the curds over the bundi.
Step-4: Add the khajur chutney, Chata Masala Powder.
Step-5: Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and Red Chili Powder.
Additional Tips to Serves Bundi Raita :
Serve immediately after made otherwise raita become soggy.
Dip bundi in warm water for a while it can absorbs oil.
