Time For preparing Dinner Friends ..........! In our India, when the Sun sets, most of us thinks to go home from their works and have yummy Home-made Food with great joy. Well today, I brought something very easy, quick and a perfect Indian Cuisines ie. Saag Aloo, which is everyone's favorite and tasty in our Nation.

Saag Aloo Recipe is includes fresh spinach which will be good to include as light food in this season, combined with potato and spices.

Method to prepare :

1. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onion, garlic and ginger, and fry for about 3 mins.

2. Stir in the potatoes, chilli, spices and half a tsp salt and continue cooking and stirring for 5 mins more.

3. Then add a splash of water, cover, and cook for 8-10 mins.

4. After 8-10 mins. kindly check the potatoes are ready and cooked.

5. Once the potatoes are cooked properly, add the spinach and let it wilt into the pan for some 4-5 mins, so that it should take off the heat.

Thus you can serve it with hot Rotis applying Ghee.
